Exclude system files from the scan unless you enable scanning manually - This will stop novice users from deleting essential files accidentally

Currently whole \Windows folder excluded from cleaning. It means that most of system critical files are out of GF scope.
Unfortunately "system bit" used incorrectly frequently and even garbage files may be marked with this bit. But.. you gave me idea. I can improve GF and sort out system files for review before cleaning.
